Mr. Franks was very professional and courteous. He showed up prior to our scheduled appointment and promptly began inspecting the home exterior. He methodically and meticulously moved from the exterior to the interior and attic areas taking note of even the faintest discrepancies. His attention to details and in-depth knowledge was impressive. At the conclusion of my inspection he took time to review with me all findings with details of potential sources and remedies. The final report was an electronic pdf and very detailed, reflecting exactly what we had discussed in person. I would highly recommend Mr. Franks to anyone looking for a home inspector within the Central Georgia area.

If you're looking for an incredibly thorough home inspection from a professional, look no further! Terry was so very helpful throughout this entire process whether it was his prompt communication, his timely arrival (he arrived before we did and started work immediately), his detailed explanations of findings within the home, and his photos explaining all of his findings. We are very relieved knowing that Terry has inspected every inch of this house and we know exactly what to expect in the years to come. Again, if you're in the market for a home and are seeking a professional, thorough and thoughtful home inspector then Terry is the right guy for the job!

 There is not enough in the space given for all the things I have to say about Terry. From the time I reached out to him about my home inspection he has been extremely promt with answering any questions that I had for him. His pricing was extremely fair and affordable considering the amount of detail he puts into his work. I'm a value shopper by nature and boy did I get value!
