Infrared thermography is a specialized technology that gives property inspectors the ability to see with more than just the naked eye. An infrared camera is used to photograph any areas of a property that could potentially provide evidence for energy inefficiency (missing insulation), moisture intrusion, or electrical hotspots. This is made possible by the camera’s ability to reveal the infrared signatures of scanned areas, allowing us to see any extreme or subtle changes in temperature. THERMAL IMAGING TECHNOLOGY

​​​​With a Moisture Meter, we can measure the levels of moisture in all different areas of the home. High levels of moisture indicate an intrusion issue and help us find areas where mold is growing, is likely to grow, or cause damage to structural materials.
