I am impressed at the professionalism of this company, I got a total honest home inspection so detailed and clear and to the point. Absolutely no dragging of feet getting it done quick, clear and to the point. This inspection and inspector saved me from being in debt of a “Money Pit” that would have destroyed me financially, Home Inspections are the lifesavers when purchasing a home. Having been burned by an inspector during our last home purchase in Florida and our son’s home in Macon we were not looking forward to going through another inspection. Mark B. completed the inspection of the home we're hoping to purchase. I've owned over a dozen homes and had inspections completed on each. While many of those were good, they were not the level of the inspection Mark did.  He inspected the property in the morning and the report was received that evening.  It included clear photos photos with detailed information on findings. There were even several videos that clearly showed what he was seeing. I wanted to follow up on a couple of items and Mark made himself available for a call. He willingly answered all my questions. I've felt a couple of times that inspections weren't worth the money I spent, but this one was a bargain!
